How We work

You and your coach will agree on a way of working that serves your overall goal(s) and suits both of your schedules. 

      SESSIONS:  To get the maximum benefits out of your coaching, we recommend one session/call of 50-60 minutes every two weeks, but we are happy to work with the frequency of your needs.

      We offer monthly packages that are payable in advance.  However, to achieve your overall agenda, please discuss your desired package with your coach to design what works for you.  

      FEES:  Our fees are based on the packages you choose. Please discuss the different options with your coach.  

      DISCOVERY: Your first few sessions will include thorough discovery work which gives a basis and direction to the choices you make.

      CANCELLATION POLICY: Please provide your coach with 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. 

      OPTIONAL: Discuss with your coach if you like to have extra support between sessions I.E. text messages or listening to recordings of your sessions for additional learning.  

      YOU: This is your time and your journey. Let us know what you need and we will make it happen!
